Since tobacco is a stimulant (nicotine), why does ot give you dizziness?

nicotine its the active component of tobacco, but not the only one.
Also “stimulant” means that prevent your body to know that its tired but dont give any sorts of energy.
In the other hand when you smoke, the combustion generate a lot of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide. witch they replace oxygen in the hemoglobin of red cells. and that is in the most part of the dizz you feel.
Next time you drink a carbonated drink inhale the air of the empty bottle, you will feel the same dizziness like smoking with out any tobacco..
