Imagine swinging a ball on the end of a rope. Now assume you rotate that ball at a constant speed, say 1 rotation per second.
The further out you let the rope, the faster the ball at the end will have to be moving to maintain that rotational speed.
Now you are standing on the Earth (which contrary to what many might say is round) and the Earth is spinning. So the further up you go, the faster you have to be moving to stay at the same rotational speed (1 rotation every 24 hours)
Since your head is higher than the rest of your body, it’s moving ever so slightly faster than the rest of you.
Now if you really want to be confused… time dilation increases with speed. So your head is ever so slightly younger than the rest of your body.
