As the world spins, your body makes a circle around it. Since your head is farther away, the radius of the circle it makes is larger, the circumference is as well, meaning your head has to travel farther (and faster) than your feet to complete one rotation; the actual difference is

2π(your height)

Imagine swinging a ball on the end of a rope. Now assume you rotate that ball at a constant speed, say 1 rotation per second.

The further out you let the rope, the faster the ball at the end will have to be moving to maintain that rotational speed.

Now you are standing on the Earth (which contrary to what many might say is round) and the Earth is spinning. So the further up you go, the faster you have to be moving to stay at the same rotational speed (1 rotation every 24 hours)

Since your head is higher than the rest of your body, it’s moving ever so slightly faster than the rest of you.

Now if you really want to be confused… time dilation increases with speed. So your head is ever so slightly younger than the rest of your body.

Since your head is technically further away from the centre of the earth, it would make a larger circle than the bottom of you. Larger circle, longer distance.
