turbo Surge and Choke meanings

“turbo surge” is you quickly letting off of the throttle say when you look down and your running 65 MPH in a 40 and you see a state trooper sitting up the road running LIDAR. it’s the sound of the waste gate on the cold side of the turbo opening up to allow the pressure to drop down. A choke allows more fuel to enter a combustion chamber than air to start a cold gasoline engine.
