Water and energy.

I’ve heard my entire life to drink water before doing anything because it will make you feel more energized, but it has no caffeine or natural stimulants that I know of, so why do we feel energized after drinking water?

It’s not that water makes you feel energized per se, it’s that dehydration makes you feel tired. You’ll feel you have less stamina and get tired quicker if you’re even slightly dehydrated, and with considerable dehydration you’ll have symptoms like low blood pressure, fast heart rate and headaches which will all interfere with your ability to do stuff
