I am currently reeling from one, and I don’t understand where this little white dot came from and why it can cause so much pain.

I have a process to get rid of canker sores and it works folks.
Take your toothbrush and scrub it. That’s it. It will be incredibly painful, but it will cause blood to clot and repair the sore much faster than it would heal on its own.
Mine seem to clear up in a day at two.
