What are carbs when they’re not sugar or fibre?

So im eating noodles and it says there’s 52g of carbs but 0g of fibre and 3g of sugar so what the heck are the 49g of carbs??

It’s most likely starch. Starch is basically glucose that stick together, and your body can totally turn that into glucose. But since it’s not in the form of sugar in your food, it’s not mentionned as sugar.

Starches like flour are also considered carbohydrates. They just don’t get processed by the body as quickly as sugar does.
