I am an international grad student. I have seen sororities and frats in movies as party hubs. Beyond that, Idk anything really about the greek letter societies. I have been invited to join Alpha Sigma Nu, and idk how to make a decision about this.

Alpha Sigma Nu is not a fraternity, it is is the honor society of Jesuit colleges and universities.
Something tells me the number of toga parties, keggers and women of loose moral standing is going to be pretty low in this group.
