Antigens are things that the immune system can recognize. Embryonic refers to the embryo, an early stage of development within the womb (after the single fertilized egg cell, before the fetus). And within that embryo stage, several more states can be distinguished.

SSEAs are immune-recognizable things that are present in some, but not other stages of embryonic development.
