Assuming they are canker sores, one anecdotal way to help is to switch your toothpaste. Most common toothpaste brands have sodium lauryl sulfate in them which helps make them foam. It can be an irritant for many people so switching to a brand that doesn’t contain it might help.

In my case I used to have at least one canker sore almost all the time but I switched to Sensodyne Pronamel toothpaste and now maybe get one or two canker sores a year.
