What are those little bumps you sometimes get in your mouth and why do they form?

I don’t know what they are either but I know exactly what you are talking about. It is just like a pimple/bump on inside of cheek or lip. It is not the flat, very painful canker/cold sore which will last for a few days. It pops up so quick, it seems, and then disappears in a few hours. But I generally pop it because it is so annoying. I have often wondered what causes it/what it is.
