I am not a doctor, butt, I know that the Anuś has actually two sphincters that control the release of your stool. The internal one is “automatic” and the external one is under voluntary control. I wonder if the pain *could possibly* come from one of these sphincters that gets a cramp, if that’s even possible. Since it’s a muscle, maybe it clenches in a way that’s unnatural at times and forms a cramp which causes the pain. I know what pain you’re talking about and I’m just suggesting a line of investigation you could look into. Follow the sphincter, maybe it’ll give you answers.
