Our stomach can digest quite a lot of things. So what are the boundaries?
One example coming to mind is weird food combinations when people do challenges on youtube mixing stuff like apple juice with milk or redbull with milk and having a pretty rough time right after, even it wasn’t a huge amount. Has it sometimes to do with lacking enzymes when certain things mix together? The ph-level being off? The body just not being used to a certain taste and thinking it could be poison? Maybe in some cases even a cultural thing like mixing meat and dairy and feeling like they did something wrong if it does happen which could then make one feel sick?
Would love to hear some easy to digest insight on how this part vital of our body works. Thanks!
