Wash your shirts with lemon to get the stains out. The older the stains are, the more difficult they are to remove though

Sweat. You’ll get it around your collar as well. You can buy whitening powder in shops which might work, depending on how bad it is. If it’s a pure white shirt you might be able to use bleach as well, but check the label first.

Stop wearing anti-perspirant. It has aluminum salts that bind to the sweat and bacteria which cause the staining and hard pit area. When put in the dryer after a wash it basically bakes the stain into the shirt.

Your sweat has proteins that, when mixed with the aluminum in anti persprirants, causes yellow stains.

Your options are natural anti perspirant like Arm and Hammer brand. It has no aluminum. Or buy clinical strength anti perspirant that has no aluminum that you usually apply before bed. But know it has no deodorant either, for the fresh smell. You will then need a deodorant only (not a deodorant/anti perspirant).

I did the latter for years.
