Aspirin, paracetamol, and ibuprofen are painkillers. Aspirin helps with pain, reduces inflammation, and can thin blood. Paracetamol is great for pain and fever but not for inflammation. Ibuprofen tackles pain, inflammation, and fever. Each has unique benefits depending on what you need.
