What do they do and what are the differences between Aspirine, Paracetamol and Ibuprofen?

All 3 ease pain and reduce fevers. Aspirin can be quite hard on the stomach. Ibuprofen is less hard on the stomach, but can still bother some folks. Paracetamol rarely causes stomach upset but is hard on the liver. Ibuprofen and aspirin are also anti-inflammatories, therefore are good for pains like arthritis.
