So I’m doing a management assessment, trying to find sources and one of the title of the articles in our database has the word ‘polycontextuality’ which I’ve heard before. I tried searching it but couldn’t find the word definition

Poly = many. Context = placed in a situation that helps define it. How a thing fits in it’s environment. ity = a state or condition.
Polycontextuality = many places, being in two places at one time, fitting into many places or environments.
It’s actually one of those $9 college words that can mean whatever you want and can be dropped into many places to make you sound smarter. Like the word “Paradigm” from a few years ago.
