Blue light is just light on the spectrum closest to UV.

As humans, we are conditioned to become more alert and increase performance when exposed to blue light.

The biggest source of blue light is from the sun as it’s part of the visible spectrum.

So when exposed to blue light, it’s like being in sunlight to your brain and makes it more difficult to fall asleep.

So scientists actually say the blue light is not bad for our eyes. The sky emits significantly more blue light, and this may impact our time clock more then actual physical harm for our eyes or brains.
