What exactly is the difference between structure and organization in Biology? Please explain in simple terms

I am really not getting it 100%, from this paragraph below:-

“When studying biology,especially by studying histology, anatomy of the human
body,one can gain the knowledge about the structure of the organs. This results
in understanding and appreciation of the organization of the human body and
understanding the functions of different organ systems and the relationship between
structure and functions.”

“Structure” is a physical arrangement of things like cells or proteins. “Organization” is the functional way these things are used together.

Basically the structure is like the cement and asphalt that makes a road. Organization is like the road signs, street lights, urban planning and other considerations that make roads actually useful.
