lol I know it’s a weird question, but I’ve seen were competitive eaters train their bodies to ignore or I guess ” block ” the signal and keep eating. And then for me as a person, sometimes when I’m eating dinner, I feel like I could eat a lot more if I didn’t stop, but 5-10 minuets after I stop eating, I start feeling the fullness. Idk if this question makes sense or not, but just curious if it’s a signal our brain gives our stomach that it has enough food in it, or is it literally the fact that you feel full because most of the space is filled.
