If a country like Brazil exports a lot of coffee, soy, meat does the water from them will go to other country water chain and will Brazil become drier with an increase in exportation?

The crops you mentioned don’t have much water in them – at least not in comparison with how much is used/tied up in their production. So you’re probably right that a bit of water is exported, but a country like Brazil can afford it. The real issue is how much land is being used in production and how to treat the water after it is used (especially for beef).
