As the previous comment states, tears remove the vast majority of particles that enter the eye. Other stuff might be surgically removed.

If you are talking about the clearish “floaters” that people get, that is generally not a particle that came into the eye. Floaters are actually clumps that form in the jelly-like substance in the eyeball.

Your tears will remove most unwanted stuff from your eyes. Like dust or whatever. Anything that doesn’t come out with tears or water needs to be taken out by a doctor.
