What happens to the pollutants in our body normally expelled by sneezing when we’re asleep?

Every cell in your body is working hard to get rid of toxins. Different cells have different techniques but the main ones involve dumping the toxins into the bloodstream and having your kidneys and liver filter them. Sneezing is more of a reaction to get something out of the nasal cavities and it doesn’t necessarily but usually is an irritant. Your body’s kidneys and other filtering organs are still functioning while you sleep and so you will deposit a lot of toxic materials in your urine as you sleep
