What, if any, are the genuine performance-based/technical differences between a Tesla and an electric vehicle from another company?

Teslas motors are very good. They are high rpm and very high output for their size and weight. This is due to some proprietary tech that actually is pretty advanced. Lucid has more advanced motor tech, but it is more expensive. The VAG (Porsche/Audi) high end motors are very nearly as good. But then Tesla also has excellent power management and distribution. All in all Tesla no longer really has a big tech advantage, the rest of the premium EV companies have largely caught up.
