What is a Watt per meter Kelvin? Also, what does a materials’ thermal conductivity tell me?

It tells you if the material is a good insulator or a bad one. Thermal conductivity is the ability of a material to transport thermal energy heat conduction. It just tells you how much energy a material is able to transfer from one side to the other.
