What is bruising and why does it seem like some bodies bruise easier than others?

A bruise is basically a little trapped blood uner the skin. Whwn you gst hurt be it a bump or falling over, you sometimes burst the capillaries (tiny blood vessels) and bleed a little. You can tell how old the bruise is by the colour. Fresh is purple and blue and older is green and yellow.
