You have visions and hallucinations that look real and you only notice they’re fake when they vanish or it’s really obvious it’s fake like a fish in your room or something. Sometimes you can even put your hand through them a bit before they disappear it’s like trying to touch a 3D movie
Closest thing you could probably relate it to is that it is somewhat similar to the feeling of sleep paralysis or the feeling of being half asleep when trying to sleep. You might hear or see something that sounds or looks real, but it’s just a hallucination. You wont be able to tell it was a hallucination until after the delirium wears off
Basically you have hallucinations and you have no memory of taking the drug. Compared to Lsd or shrooms when you know the hallucinations are from the drug.
