What is happening inside your body when you eat too fast and get that really weird feeling like you’re choking but in your stomach?

That sounds similar to what I deal with. I just went in for an upper endoscopy and got diagnosed with Eosinophilic esophagitis.
Sometimes when I eat, it feels like I’m chocking but I can still breathe. It can be pretty painful.
