What is MOA (Minute of Angle)? Its used alot in target shooting and hunting.

The simple explanation is that a minute is a measurement is equal to a 1 inch circle at 100 yards. A 2 inch circle at 200 yards and so forth. So if you fire a gun 10 times and the bullets all are within a 2 inch circle at 200 yards. You have a 1 MOA gun.
