What is the difference between a Venture Capitalist and a Normal Capitalist?

Capitalists exploit the Labour of their employees to create profit but they are typically at least involved in some aspects of the business day to day. Venture capitalists on the other hand use money they already have and loan it to other businesses in exchange for benefits. Interest, stock shares, etc. They use these benefits to profit.

*Edit: not sure why the downvotes. Profiting off of the exploitation of labour is textbook capitalism.*
