Pitch is basicaly the frequency of a note.

An octave is an interval whose higher note has a sound-wave frequency of vibration (pitch) twice that of its lower note.

A scale is a graduated sequence of notes, tones, or intervals dividing what is called an octave.

A key is the main group of pitches, or notes, that form the harmonic foundation of a piece of music.
