It isn’t the location that smells its the specifics of the location. Almost always skin against skin, lots of relative heat due to decent amounts of blood flow, and hair.
Have a bald guy and a guy with hair both work out extremely hard and skip a shower. Only one person’s head is going to smell at the end of the day.
