What makes certain foods inflammatory and certain foods anti-inflammatory and what are it’s effects on the body?

In the sense of things you read that all foods can be categorized as inflammatory or not, that is not an actual thing. It is just pseudoscientific goop from people trying to sell you shit. There are certain foods that cause inflammatory response in susceptible people, such as gluten in people with actual celiac disease or people with allergies to certain foods. And if your food contains something that gives you an infection, obviously that provokes an immune response as well. But otherwise, your body breaks down food into the same kind of stuff no matter what kind of food it is, and it doesn’t respond with inflammation to certain foods
