What sort of planning and logistics go into setting up events in massive 50,000+ people arenas in busy, congested downtown zones? Say 15+ fully loaded semi trailers of equipment?

I am curious because my home city is building a new arena in our downtown core and I would like to understand exactly what goes into bringing a show or event that comes with a large amount of semi trailer units in a downtown core. TIA
