Someone working for the Malaysian government was pretending to take care of their investments but was really just stealing tons of money from his country.
One of the things he did invest in was the making of the movie Wolf of Wall Street, which is about investment bankers taking advantage of common people.
He was an investment banker who was actively taking advantage of his own people at the time.
But oddly enough this movie was one thing he invested in that worked out pretty darn well.
