What’s that “helicopter noise” that is audible when a car window is opened at speed? And why does it go away when a window on the other side is opened?

Air pressure, air is being forced into the open window however it has no where to go so it goes out the same window causing the “helicopter noise” however when another window is opened the air pressure has an easier way to get out.
