I notice I yawn more too during these calls and immediately feel less cloudy after. Could this be similar to what’s felt during a college lecture?

Our communication with other people is based on reading their facial expressions, body language, etc.
Through the camera, it’s more difficult. Add to the fact that many times the connection is not flawless, there are delays, we’re worried that the other may not hear us, etc.
