I notice I yawn more too during these calls and immediately feel less cloudy after. Could this be similar to what’s felt during a college lecture?

Also, I think a major factor is that in actual conversations apart from vocals body language helps to convey a message which is absent when it comes to video calls.
Additionally, during a video call people usually can see themselves which makes them grow extremely concious and spend a lot of time and energy in looking perfect which is mentally and physically exhausting.
