What’s the reason behind “Zoom fatigue” aka video call fatigue?

I notice I yawn more too during these calls and immediately feel less cloudy after. Could this be similar to what’s felt during a college lecture?

I think it’s the combination of the mental boredom from sitting thru 8 hours of lectures without changing classrooms and eye strain from computer use for 8 hours.
