When a bomb explodes, how does it actually kills a person?

First I want to say I’m not a native english speaker, so I may say something that you don’t understand or that it’s grammatically incorrect.

Ok, now let’s dive into the question. I know some of you may say it’s because the bomb simply exploded, but does the person die from the burns caused by the heat, from the impact they receive after being “thrown” or because they received damage from blastering fragments? I didn’t find any post in this sub, but I guess is just a matter of knowing how a bomb works. Thanks in advance for your answers.

There are several ways. One is direct damage from the explosion, another is overpressure from the blast crushing organs, another is shrapnel, another is the thermal bloom, and then there are secondary effects like falls and impacts.
