When an organ is replaced with someone else’s, the body needs immunosuppressants because of the foreign object now in the body. Why is the same not true for a blood transfusion? 356 viewsJanuary 3, 2024 Question90.92K May 14, 2022 0 Comments Basically title! I was wondering about this. Thanks! However the blood that is being transfused is just temporary and does not linger long in the body. So there is little chance of rejection.
