When taking a drug test, what specific drugs are they looking for? Also can caffeine/coffee cause a positive test result?

It depends entirely on the test. 5 point tests usually test for THC, Opioids, Cocaine, Amphetamines and Phencyclidine. The higher point tests have more specific things they test for, such as barbiturates and Benzodiazepines. Those are much less common, though. 5 point tests are the most commonly used.
