Well depends what they look for. Usually it’s cocaine, opiates, amphetamine, meth, marijuana, some psychedelics and potentially benzos.
And no. Caffeine cannot make you test positive for opiates for example. Poppy seed can but you won’t come off as a heroin junkie and further testing will confirm that you haven’t actually used opiates.
