When we jump, do we move the earth just a little bit because of the force we apply, just like the 3rd law of Newton states?

Technically yes. When you push off the earth, the earth pushes off you with an equal reactionary force. But since F=ma, and your mass is so very insignificant compared to the Earths, the Earth does not accelerate away from you to any practical or observable sense. But _technically_ … yes.
