Same place yours is. You’re (in all likelihood) just a lot less furry. Our dog had hers still visible when she was really little but as her fur grew in and the scar faded, it’s harder to find.

under the fur…….also; the human belly button is distinct because we have learned to intervene and manually tie off the umbilical cord. for most other mammals they either chew the cord; rip the cord; or wait for it to fall off naturally.

in most cases the belly button of a wild mammal is just a random bump or blemish

Birds and reptiles have them too! They have an umbilical cord in their eggs to connect the embryo to the yolk, which feeds them the same as a placenta.
