Why 50% recycled plastic instead of 100% recycled on things such as water bottles?

It could be that the recycled plastic isn’t a very good material for a bottle. Maybe it’s two brittle or something. By mixing it with other plastic we can make a material that’s pliable enough for a bottle while still getting some of the benefits compared with a 0% recycled bottle.
here’s the reason. the main reason is that it’s cheaper to buy non-recyclable things than a completely 100% recylable thing.
