Why are pimples concentrated on the face as opposed to being evenly distributed over the body?

Back, ass and chest happen for a lot of people as well. Not me, just saying….actually inside my ass cheeks sometimes. But they’re usually sub-dermal and mad painful. But that’s like one every few years.
