In general, these are nice non-specific symptoms that are tough to test for that people complain about. In other words, most of us can say we feel tired or drowsy frequently regardless of any medicine or anything else we take. Call it a reverse-placebo effect. I have psoriasis , and there is a contingent of folks over in r/psoriasis that claim certain medications give them “brain fog”.

Purely anecdotal, but I and my daughter experience headaches and nausea during periods of swings in barometric pressure. It isn’t the pressure level itself, but a swift rise or drop will give us headaches and nausea.
