Why bones that did not crack before start doing it after working out?

For example, someone cannot crack their lumbar spine and never did a workout for that part, but after starting exercising the lower back, they can crack those bones (not only while training or right after it but in general).

[Here’s a quick video about how cracking joints work.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pqfK-GLNjgA)

Basically, your joints have fluid in them to help protect the bones. When you bend a joint, the bones stretch apart slightly, and when they stretch far enough gasses dissolved in the fluid “pop” out.

Can’t say how exercise makes it easier. Maybe regular exercise helps you increase your range movement, so you are able to bend the joints far enough?
