Why can’t a middle class individual use the same tax avoidance methods as the ultra rich to pay little to no income taxes?

They usually don’t have the same assets in order to qualify. For example, if there is a tax reduction on a second home, where you get a discount on the taxes for a second house if you have one, you can’t qualify for that discount if you don’t have two homes.
