Anything you consume eventually makes its way into your skin cells’ sweat glands, which then perspirates sweat, which also affects your skin directly.

Sugar affects your cells; sugar affects skin cells.

Unnatural chemicals in the ingredients of unhealthy food also affect your skin the same way; they are deposited into/transported/released by cells.

That’s why some people have very bad body odor. A lot of it is related to what you consume on top of genetics for how much you sweat.

The artificial flavouring in “chocolate flavoured milk” and “chocolate flavoured cereal” are one of the worst suspects for bad body odor that I’ve noticed personally.

If you exercise after eating/drinking those two things you will smell incredibly bad.

**Too much sugar** ***may*** **affect your skin in the aspect of feeling sticky due to sweat glands releasing more of the unprocessed/unused sugar, but excess sugar affects your stored body fat % more than your skin.**
